Our current board members and their individual skills and experiences are detailed below:
Dawn lives in Little Addington and currently works for NVC Northants supporting and leading the voluntary sector across Northamptonshire. Prior to this Dawn worked at the National Housing Federation as a Communications Officer covering the East of England, East Midlands and West Midlands. Dawn served as a magistrate on the Wellingborough bench for 13 years and has also served as a Governor for 2 local schools.

Nicola is a qualified accountant with over 15 years experience in the social housing sector. She is Assistant Finance Director at Notting Hill Housing, a leading London housing association and one of the largest property developers in London. She enjoys fund raising for the National Autistic Society and MASKS (Make a Special Kid Smile) charities.
Richard has been a resident of RFHA for over 10 years. He was born in Bedford and worked in the building trade for 40 years. Since retiring about 5 years ago Richard has become a devoted member of his local community by being a member of many local committees including the Pocket Park in Stanwick and other local environment initiatives.
Tom is an Associate Director of the Affordable Housing Business at Montagu Evans. He specialises in advising housing associations on disposals and acquisitions, stock rationalisation and valuation.
Tom provides advice in relation to the maximisation of value through the planning process and of completed schemes.
Brent lives in Carlton, Bedfordshire. With more than 20 years of experience of working at senior level with a number of social housing providers, Brent brings strategic and operational asset management expertise to the Board. He is currently the Director of Assets at Hyde Group where he manages the Asset Management and Stock Investment teams. He has served on several boards prior to joining RFH, including Stevenage Homes. His hobbies include marathon running and music.
Peter is a self-employed banking and financial consultant. From 1998 to 2013 he was Head of Barclays Education Team in the East of England, with responsibility for the management of customer relationships with universities, further education colleges and independent schools. This included the role as banker to a number of universities including the University of Cambridge and 25 of the 31 Cambridge colleges.
Ursula is a solicitor working in private practice with 30 years’ legal experience. She lives in Creaton, Northamptonshire and practices with Wartnaby Hefford in Market Harborough, Ursula has experience in many aspects of property law including residential, commercial and agricultural and, having acted on occasion on behalf of RFH, has a good knowledge of property law as it applies to housing associations.
