We expect our tenants to pay their rent by Direct Debit. It’s all done automatically, so you don’t have to worry. Not only is it convenient for you, it’s also really simple and safe.
All you have to do is agree with us how often you want to pay (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and we will tell how much your payments will be and agree the date that payments will start to be collected from your bank account .
We can only take the amount we have agreed. If your circumstances change and you need to change the date you pay or the frequency, just speak to us and we can make the necessary changes for you.

There are a number of ways that you can make additional payments to your rent account:
My Place Portal
With My Place Portal you can make payments, along with checking your rent statement, view repairs history and booking a repair, all on your phone, tablet or PC. You can sign up or log in here.
You can make a payment by telephone by calling 0844 557 8321 provided you have a valid allpay payment card.
Post Office/Paypoint Locations
Using your allpay card* you can pay your rent at any post office or PayPoint location by cash or cheque.
*You will have been issued with an allpay card at the start of your tenancy. If you do not have one please contact your Housing Officer as you will need this to pay your rent using some of the methods mentioned on this page.
By Standing Order
Standing Order instruction will need to be completed and returned to your Bank to be actioned (remember to amend it when your rent amount changes).
