My Place Portal allows customers online access on the go to:-
- pay your rent
- See your rent statement
- check the progress of repairs
- find local hospitals, doctors surgeries and pharmacies near your property.
The service is secure, so no one else can access your details. In order to use the service you must first register. For Joint Tenancies, it is strongly recommended that each Joint Tenant registers separately to obtain individual login details.
For immediate registration during office hours please call Customer Services where after a few verification questions you will receive a PIN via text and an introductory email with a temporary password.
Or if you wish to register out of office hours, or use a Facebook, Twitter or Google account you may already have, you can register online. Due to security processes if you register online you will receive your PIN via a letter in the post, which can take a couple of days from registration.
For all registration options you will need your Rent Account number to hand.
Once the online registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org. A few days later you will receive a letter in the post containing your secure PIN number which you will need to login to the online services.
Once you have received your PIN number you are ready to access the system. Have your Rent Account number and PIN number to hand as you will need them both to log in.
