In an emergency, we have arranged for contractors to be available outside of office hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Call our main office number on 01933 411400 and leave a message with your name, address, contact telephone number and description of the repair. Your message will be forwarded to the contractor, who will call you back as soon as possible.

If the emergency results in the attendance of the Fire Service, National Grid (gas and electric) or Anglian Water, please let us know the following working day during normal office hours (click here for our opening times)
If you smell gas, please call 0800 111 999 immediately.
If you experience a power cut, please call Central Networks on 0800 056 8090.

The out of hours repairs service should not be called to notify emergency repairs for properties not owned or managed by RFH, unless the circumstances affect the health and safety of our tenants or the property.
All out of hours requests are monitored and any unnecessary out of hours callouts will be recharged to the tenant.
Please note that lost keys and lock outs are the responsibility of the tenant and will not be treated as an emergency.
